Me, well, I’m sharing some diffuser blends for you. These oils are known to help with feelings of romance, security and love. Diffusing any of these blends will surely get your night off on the right foot, or at least help with getting those clothes off haha.
Let me take a minute to talk about each of these oils so you can know why you won’t want to be without them this holiday.
Citrus oils can be helpful in lifting moods, uplift your spirit and help bring joy to all around. No wonder Orange Essential Oil is in a lot of “happy” blends.
Lavender promotes relaxation. It is a very calming oil so it is perfect to use while winding down and slipping into something more comfortable 😉
This is a very sensual oil. It can help to balance your emotions while boosting your mood which can help improve your sexual experience.
Personally this is my “happy juice”. Still my all time favorite diffuser blend is Joy and Peppermint. But for Valentine’s Day Joy is awesome because it is a great blend of oils that promote feelings of love, happiness, and well, joy of course!
Again, like Orange, Grapefruit is an uplifting essential oil. It blends so nicely with Joy.
Bergamot is another great citrus oil that is uplifting and used in a lot of “happy” blends. I love to wear this as my daily perfume. It’s sweet aroma is sure to brighten your mood.
Patchouli oil is used in a lot of Valentine’s blends because it is said to help you get that “lovin’ feelin'” if you know what I mean, wink, wink.
Ooohhhh, I was at one of the Young Living farms while they were distilling Clary Sage (yes, YOU can visit their farms and watch and learn all about the distillation process – can’t do that with ANY other essential oil company, by the way). It is a super calming oil. Trust me, I was traveling in a motorhome on a road trip with a total of 8 people and 2 dogs and we needed all the calm we could get lol. Anyway, for Valentine’s Day this is great because it promotes feelings of relaxation and helps to calm you down. It’s way easier to enjoy the evening if you are nice and relaxed, am I right?!
Well the name says it all. Again, if you are feeling tense and stressed you aren’t going to enjoy your evening nearly as much as if your mind and body are nice and fully relaxed.
Sandalwood has a woodsy scent that men really enjoy. Not to sweet for them. It inspires feelings of romance and relaxation.
What are your favorite oils to use on Valentine’s Day or to get things going in the bedroom?
