Oh how I love peppermint essential oil. It was my very first favorite oil when I got my starter kit 6 years ago! And it’s been in the top lineup since then. I first started using it for my tension headaches. Then I realized it had an amazing cooling power when applied topically. And it smells so good diffused with just about anything. I wanted to share some of my favorite diffuser blends with you so read on to discover 6 refreshing peppermint diffuser blends.
Wake Up
Peppermint and Orange are both energizing essential oils. Which makes this a great combo for diffusing in the mornings when you are trying to get everyone up and going.
Rainforest
This is just a really fresh and crisp smelling diffuser blend. I love to diffuse this while I’m cleaning my house. Not only does it keep me motivated to keep going, but it’s also a great fresh and clean scent. And if you need even more help with cleaning, I use this awesome cleaning schedule.
Seasons Change
I know I’m not the only one who deals with seasonal issues when the pollen starts flying around! This is actually the very first combo of oils that turned my husband into a believer that essential oils actually work and aren’t some fake “snake oil”. You can even turn this one into an awesome roller. The recipe for that is on my seasonal support blog post.
Fresh Air
This is another fresh and crisp diffuser blend. This one reminds me of long days spent outside enjoying nature. It’s invigorating and refreshing. You can use either eucalyptus radaita or eucalyptus globulus for this blend.
Joyful Day
I do believe this was my very first favorite diffuser blend! In fact I still love it so much! It is so uplifting and joyful. It’s a great combo to diffuse when you’ve got some grumpy pants kiddos in your house or anyone else who needs some joy in their life! This is also my go to blend when I just don’t know what I want to diffuse. This is my trusty, never fails to make me happy blend.
Evening Walk
This diffuser blend was inspired by and created for my husband. He grew up in Washington and his childhood home was nestled in the woods among tall pine trees. His dad is a logger and his grandmother worked for the National Forest Service. He loves all the wood scents as they remind him of home.
I’m sure you will love these 6 refreshing peppermint diffuser blends just as much as I do! I’d love if you would share your favorite peppermint diffuser blend with us in the comments.
